27th July 2020, You are looking at first passenger type train to run with electric locomotive between delhi - Ajmer route, Delhi Sarai Rohilla - Ajmer Jan Shatabdi express. This picture was captured in the outskirts of Gurgaon. Are you too looking at pantograph? Yup its too high but there is a reason for this. Actually, this route is made keeping double stack freight trains in mind. You can call double stack train as Double Decker of freight train.

ET WAP-4 with some savari gadi

3 July 2019, probably the best day of my life which I'm going to remember. I was here in Cochin, Kerala. All the way down from north India to south just for 5 hours. Just for doing railfanning here. I traveled 48 hours straight. Sounds crazy? I know but the journey, the RF session I had here was one of the most beautiful time of my life. I had 5 hours to spend here and that was the last platform of Ernakulam junction and while coming to this platform this shot was clicked.

22633 Nizamuddin Express through Konkan

4th July 2019, one of the most remarkable rail journey I ever had. If you ask anyone that which railway zone is most beautiful, they will say Konkan and indeed that is the most beautiful railway zone. There are actuallly hundreds or may be thousands of tunnel and nothing is more calliente then a train entering into tunnel and I had been trying to capture my train entering into tunnel but I failed every time because my camera failed to click. Every shot was blurred so I lost hope and sat on my seat but still after a while I tried again to capture and voila this time I did while sitting on the window seat and yet this time the shot was clear.

Prateek of our Indian Railways

What comes to your mind when you hear word 'Celebrity'? Pretty sure actor/actresses came to you mind. However, if you are a die hard railfan, which you are, otherswise you would'nt be here till now, then celebrity locomotives come to your mind. These locomotives are given special name for the resemblance of achievement. So for example the above picture is of 'Prateek', D.L.W. 100th locomotive. Looks lovely isn't it ?
